• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once successful payment screenshot is received and a confirmation email is sent.

• Non-refundable Deposits: Some bookings may require non-refundable deposits, which are outlined at the time of booking.

• Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mavaiya, Sarnath, Varanasi, U.P , 221007, You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.
